All our digital locks come with free installation services. Our team has more than 20 years experience in the doors and locks industry, which means that we are able to adapt our digital locks to fit any of your doors. Whether it’s a metal gate, wooden door, or metal door, we are able to fit the locks to work perfectly with your door.

Scheduling of Installation Services

When you make a purchase on our site, do take note to select your preferred installation date and time on the checkout page. Our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the installation of your selected lock, as well as to get any other relevant specific details.

No-Contact Installation

The safety of our employees and customers is of utmost importance to us. In light of the COVID-19 situation, we have revamped our installation process to minimise all forms of contact and ensure the highest levels of hygiene. 

When our technicians arrive, all you have to do is simply direct them to your door and verify the lock you have purchased. This should take no longer than 3 minutes. Our technicians will be fully masked. Thereafter, work will begin and take between 60 – 90 minutes depending on the complexity of the installation. Upon completion, a full wipe-down of the lock will be carried out with hospital-grade disinfectants. 

We are also conducting daily temperature screening, symptom checks and movement tracking of all employees to ensure the health and safety of our staff and community. 

Relocation

For existing customers who are looking to relocate their locks, we will be able to provide a relocation service with a fee of $130.
