Terms and Policies

Welcome to Starke Systems Pte Ltd website terms and policies. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and policies set out below. Before placing an order, if you have any queries relating to these terms and policies, please email us at enquiry@starkedigitallocks.sg. We may change our terms and polices from time to time without a public notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received, once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.

  1. Under no conditions will Starke Digital Locks reinstall a previously installed digital lock once installation of the new lock has began. Similarly, there will be no replacement of the door once the installation of the lock has began, unless Starke digital locks sees the need to do so.
  2. Any dissatisfaction with the Starke lock about to be installed has to be stated before installation begins. 
  3. All payment must be made within 1 week of installation.
  4. Under no conditions will Starke Digital Locks reinstate a door after removing our digital lock upon request.
  5. All consumers must follow the instructions of installers after installation (i.e. No touching the door lock before completion). In the case where advice is not heeded, and damages are made to the lock, there will be a $170 penalty for fixing the damages.
  6. Starke will cover the warranty for all malfunctions as long as it is installed by us. 
  7. Full refunds are only allowed before the installation process. After confirmation has been received and the door lock has been installed, there will be no refunds.
  8. Due to possible unforeseen circumstances, installers are allowed extensions of the installation period when necessary. This is only necessary when there are significant changes needed to be made to the door before full installation.
  9. All payments must be made through the website. 
  10. For existing customers looking to relocate their locks, we are able to provide relocation service with a fee of $130.
  11. All products in will be entitled to a FREE FIRST TIME installation service. In the event if after the installation is done, there is a need for an onsite visit due to a suspected defective issue, STARKE will be able to arrange for an onsite visit with fees as per followed:

    a. Onsite visit assessment and no issue found with the product- $30

    b. Onsite visit assessment and found the product has been damaged/ negligence/ misuse/ accident or has been used in a manner incompatible with that intended design was done by user- $50

    c. Incorrect address and not informing STARKE on the installation date changes before hand (at least 3 days in advance) and our installer fail to complete the installation- $50.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Starke Systems Pte Ltd (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://starkedigitallocks.sg website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
